Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Farrer & Co is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our Marketing and Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our Not-for-Profit and Education sectors, as well as supporting our Employment practice team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and budgets to drive revenue growth and increase profit margins.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage the pitch process, including project managing the entire pitch process, from conducting research to leading the production and submission of competitive pitches.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and lawyers to develop and deliver business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance reports to ensure progress against business plans.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Marketing and Business Development team at a professional services firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Excellent business writing and copywriting skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proposals experience within a professional services environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
