We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and efficient communication across the team.

As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate contact lists. You will also handle project coordination, preparing travel arrangements, and keeping our office well-equipped.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Be the friendly voice answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the right people.
  • Master of Organisation: Keep the office running smoothly by managing filing systems, ordering supplies, and preparing travel arrangements.
  • Project Powerhouse: Lend a hand with assigned projects, offering research, data analysis, and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication clarity and conciseness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
