Job Description:

SCP Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Children's Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with brain injuries, cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviors.

The role involves providing support and care to an 8-year-old client with complex needs. The successful candidate will work a rotating week 1 and week 2 shift pattern, consisting of days and waking nights, with adequate rest between shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to the client
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Encouraging the client's independence and engagement in activities
  • Responding to the client's needs in a prompt and compassionate manner

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need:
