- Customer Care - Provide a high-quality customer care service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Access Management - Manage access to our housing schemes, ensuring that residents can access the facilities and services they need.
- Communication - Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Care Skills - Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Organisation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, working with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to find solutions.
