Job Title: Repair Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Repair Operations Specialist to join our team at Huntress - Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance work, liaising with customers, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take phone calls from customer sites to arrange repair and maintenance work
  • Update job status on company systems and client systems
  • Retrieve and fill plot files
  • Generate customer service fitters paperwork
  • Deal with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general administration duties
