About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Residential Lodge Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation and be part of a professional, award-winning, customer-focused team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to owners, and being the trusted 'go-to' person on-site. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for working with people, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in similar roles such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. They will be computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

This is a live-in position, with a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment provided. The successful candidate will be expected to live on-site and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
