As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Providing a first-class service to Owners, including organizing activities and events
- Liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Ensuring the safety and security of the development, displaying good judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure
About You
We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when required. Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be advantageous.
