About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team at Beaufort Lodge in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the maintenance of the property and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety
  • Coordinating activities and events for residents, including social gatherings and community events
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing administrative support, including managing records and reports
