About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising activities and events for Home Owners
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs of the lodge
  • Managing contractors and suppliers
  • Completing health and safety checks
  • Liaising with Home Owners, contractors, and internal colleagues

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to our Home Owners. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and a background in administration and customer service, we would love to hear from you.

About you

We are looking for someone with a friendly and outgoing personality, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Previous experience in a similar role or sector would be an advantage.
