Lodge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, administration, and community engagement.
You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Your passion for delivering excellent customer service, combined with your administrative and organizational skills, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, administration, and community engagement.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, resident information, and other relevant data.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
