Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our catering operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
- Manage and control budgets to ensure financial growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and policies.
- Collaborate with the Catering Manager to plan and execute events and catering services.
- Monitor and improve the overall quality of our catering services.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing demands.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and policies.
