The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-performing teams and possess a solid understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, contract negotiation, and business development. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Operations Lead to join Ashdown Group's dynamic team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for supporting client relationships, overseeing pricing activities, and assessing suppliers.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient execution. Additionally, you will lead risk management efforts, identifying potential commercial risks and developing mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.

In this role, you will be working towards a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
