Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Searcys, a leading catering and restaurant brand. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Operational Management: Monitor and control the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a members' facility.
  • Qualifications: A Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and a Personal Licence (desirable).
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
