Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth operation.
  • Operations Management: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the restaurant, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional hospitality to customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner.
  • Hands-on Approach: Be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including drink preparation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Employee Management: Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail, presentation, and standards, ensuring that the restaurant meets our high expectations.
