**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Azumi Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a large team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional results and consistently exceed guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and maintain high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to drive business results

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or higher in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
