About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our care team members. Your expertise will ensure our residents receive personalized support, tailored to their individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Lead by example, demonstrating clinical excellence and setting high standards for your team.
- Mentor and coach colleagues, fostering growth and development within the care team.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs.
- Ensure a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- NMC-Registered: Hold a valid NMC pin and adhere to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
- Positive Attitude: Foster a supportive work environment with energy and enthusiasm.
- Caring and Hands-On: Help residents maintain independence, choice, and dignity.
- Effective Communicator: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
