About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in supporting an individual living with Pantothenate Kinase-Associated Neurodegeneration in Luton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support with daily living activities, including personal care and housekeeping.
  • Administer deep oral suctioning and PEG feeding as required.
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy.

  • Clinical experience and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
