Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all projects from understanding client requirements to delivering the final product.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely project completion.
  • Compile market sector information for the account team and investigate competitor initiatives.
  • Provide a professional service to clients, either directly or through the account manager.
  • Compile status reports and contact reports.
  • Organise meeting rooms for client meetings and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Perform various tasks such as proofreading, data inputting, and filing to ensure the smooth running of the account.

Requirements:

  • Be organised and able to multitask, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.
  • Build effective working relationships with various teams and clients.
  • Have a sound knowledge of social media platforms.
