An exceptional company, specialising in the Commercial and Cruise ships, Superyachts and Marine industry are looking to appoint an experienced account manager.
As a key account manager, you will play a critical role in client retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Working with your named accounts to identify their most significant challenges and opportunities.
- Looking for ways you can help with those challenges and opportunities.
- Using both traditional and creative techniques to develop relationships with customer stakeholders (including attending events and trade shows, networking both face to face and via social media, getting warm introductions, etc.).
- Keeping track of your accounts’ satisfaction and reporting on their status to the organisation.
- Serving as the internal representative for your accounts.
Requirements:
- Collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with change.
- B2B Sales/Account Management experience (bonus points if you have led a cross-functional team).
- Able to build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders.
- Basic management and financial knowledge.
- Know your way around a KPI dashboard.
- Knowledge of cruise/commercial maritime industry is desirable but not essential.
- IT literate with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
- Thirst for knowledge of market trends/intel.
- Second language a bonus.
