Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Compile status reports and contact reports to track project progress and client interactions.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, agendas, and presentation materials to ensure smooth client meetings.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including proofreading, data entry, and filing, to support the smooth operation of the account.
Requirements
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with various teams and clients, working across different brands and services.
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
