- Coordinate meeting rooms, agendas, and presentation materials to ensure smooth client meetings.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including proofreading, data entry, and filing, to support the smooth operation of the account.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with various teams and clients, working across different brands and services.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
