We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team as an Account Manager.
What is the purpose of the Regional Account Manager role?
 
As the primary point of contact for clients and contractors within an  assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships. What will  the responsibilities be of the Regional Account Manager?

Project Management:
Oversee projects within your designated territory, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Identify and address potential issues, finding proactive solutions to ensure project success.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, serving as a trusted advisor.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Enthusiasm:
Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team and client interactions.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for the services offered and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with clients.
Accuracy and Deadline Adherence:
Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate.
Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. What skills and qualifications will the Regional Account Manager have?

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.  If you are from hospitality or retail we would be keen to hear from you.
Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. What will the Regional Account Manager get in return?

 £25,000 to £ 28,000 basic
