Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and efficient specialist administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, working collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 4 GCSEs with A-C / 4-9 passes, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification or experience demonstrating numeracy and literacy skills.
- Relevant technical knowledge of procedures and practices associated with delivering an administrative service.
- Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and processes.
- Experience working in an office environment, with strong technical skills in the use of major computerized systems.
