Administrative Officer

GSL Education is seeking a highly organized and meticulous Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members at one of our local Secondary Schools in Chichester.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent telephone manner.
- Maintain and update school records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff efficiently and professionally.
- Support the organization and administration of school activities and programs.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the school office on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated high level of competency in ICT.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
