Job Description: As an HR Coordinator with CV-Library, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function, including managing employee data, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role: This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data and coordinate HR processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
