Nurse Opportunities in Older Adults Mental Health

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Skene ward, Older Adults Mental Health.
About the Role: As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients with a diagnosis of Dementia who experience significant symptoms of stress and distress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the multidisciplinary team in delivering care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Psychologists to provide comprehensive care.
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Mental Health Nursing and a genuine interest in working with Older Adults. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
