Account Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have significant experience working in sales or engineering roles within the Pumps or Power industry? We are seeking an Account Development Manager to join our team at GAP Group LTD.
In this role, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites, assisting with tender production, and ensuring effective query resolution. You will work closely with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio.
We require an individual with excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, and CRM systems is essential.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme, company car, up to 25 days annual leave, and contributory pension scheme. Additional benefits include cycle to work scheme, health and wellness initiatives, and employee welfare fund.
Salary Range: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on location)
