About Us: GAP Pump Services Division provides comprehensive solutions for dewatering and sewerage pump applications, including a wide range of hoses, settlement tanks, and water processing solutions.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to maximize revenue opportunities from our existing major account customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for regular visits to both main offices and customer sites, assisting with tender production, and ensuring effective customer query resolution. You will also work closely with our Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue opportunities from existing major account customers
  • Regularly visit main offices and customer sites to build relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in the production of tenders and proposals to secure new business
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts within the region

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in sales or engineering roles within the Pumps or Power industry
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driver's license (essential)
