Key Qualifications
  1. GPHC Registration
  2. Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
  3. NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
  4. Pharmacy degree (Master/Bachelor)
  5. Oncology/Haematology/Aseptics experience – at least one area
