About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Central London. As a Contract Support specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our client contract.

You will work closely with Managers and Finance to support financial processes and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all administration tasks to support the contract's smooth operation
  • Managing invoicing processes and ensuring timely payments
  • Coordinating electronic and paper records, including timesheets
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support financial processes

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
  • Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA's and KPI's
  • Microsoft Office IT Skills

Salary Range

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
