**Job Title:** Contract Coordination Manager

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

ThriveSW Limited is a continuously growing M&E and Facilities Services company seeking an experienced Contract Coordination Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a new contract that we have been awarded. You will work closely with the regional Contract Manager to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of all administrative tasks for one dedicated client
  • Raising all jobs, scheduling engineers & subcontractors for reactive, remedial & PPM jobs
  • Raising contractor work orders
  • Raising supplier purchase orders
  • Ensuring compliance service reports and job cards are completed for each job as required
  • Creating PPM Schedules
  • Creating Quotes
  • Manage all data input onto customer portal
  • Assist in managing all PPM activity across the clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations.

We are looking for someone with strong Admin/Customer Services skills and experience of planning and coordinating Engineers in a facilities, engineering, or maintenance company.
