Contract Management Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ordering IT equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, ensuring timely renewal and termination as required.
- Coordinate the ordering of IT equipment across the Trust, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure continuity of service and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management or a related field.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Eprocurement and Efinancials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
