Contract Operations Coordinator

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Operations Coordinator to join their team in South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering contracts, as well as providing support to the Contract Manager.
About the Role:
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £32-34k (DOE) and hybrid working arrangements, with three days in the office and two days working from home. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm.
Main Responsibilities:
Scheduling engineers' diaries and all aspects of finance.
Coordinating and administering contracts, including reactive and planned preventive maintenance works.
Providing dedicated support to the Contract Manager for all contracts and works matters, communicating frequent and detailed feedback on works progress or queries.
Requirements:
At least 2 years' proven experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment.
CAFM proficient.
Due diligence/accurate.
Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Have good people skills and be able to manage engineers.
Experience within FM.
