At Attega Group Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to support our Contracts Manager in all aspects of customer contracts from quotation to off-hire.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days' holiday, life assurance, and private healthcare after a successful probationary period.

This is a full-time and permanent position. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating the elements of the contract pack on the shared drive to ensure compliance with company standards, delivering complete clean files to the Customer Services Team in a timely manner for both the Gains and Off-Hire Process.
  2. Assisting with team labour planning for jobs and escalating to Andover if additional support is required through the system planner.
  3. Attaching service data of stock into the system with job cards and photos.
  4. Ensuring all stock leaving the yard is photographed once loaded, adhering to the pick list/branding guidelines.
  5. Confirming asset numbers on the contract through the system/bar codes and making the contract live.
  6. Ensuring all stock coming into the yard is photographed and checked to confirm if returned from hire/site and putting the contract into OH not confirmed.
  7. Acting as a key point of contact with the technical and sales teams to chase RAMs and question details vs the contract for accuracy, ensuring clear, timely, and positive cross-department communication.

  1. A confident and professional phone manner.
  2. Ability to work alone and as part of a remote team.
  3. Proficiency in using Office 365 and Insphire, which will be taught during training.
