Contract Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Coordination Manager to join our team. This role involves coordinating contracts, managing trade finance transactions, and administering international logistics. The successful candidate will have a background in logistics, trade finance, and contract administration.
Salary: Up to £30k per annum
About the Job:The Contract Coordination Manager will be responsible for liaising with customers and internal departments to secure orders and contract execution. They will also manage SAP and iTIMS transactions for purchases and sales, and be responsible for trade finance, Letters of Credit, Performance Bonds, Bid Bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to secure orders and contract execution
- Managing SAP and iTIMS transactions for purchases and sales
- Responsibilities include trade finance, Letters of Credit, Performance Bonds, Bid Bonds
- General administration duties such as accounts payable and receivable, chasing overdue invoices
- A background in logistics is essential – experience in arranging international logistics
- Trade Finance experience (letters of credit, bonds)
- Extensive experience using SAP and other accounting software
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Experience in administering international trade, ideally in an oil and gas or steel environment
