Job Summary:
A Sales Negotiator Role with a dynamic estate agency, seeking a seasoned professional to lead residential sales operations and drive business growth. As a successful candidate, you will oversee daily sales activities, manage teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

About the Role:
This challenging role requires someone with at least 5 years of recent experience in estate agency, preferably as a Senior Negotiator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales progression, valuations, and residential sales legislation, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in another language (Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu) is an added advantage.

Your Responsibilities:
As our Sales Negotiator, your key responsibilities will include identifying buyers and sellers, securing viewings and appointments, conducting canvassing and negotiations, managing sales progression, and preparing market reports. You will also be responsible for liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to secure offers and maximize value streams.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a company car/fuel allowance and an Employee of the Month incentive scheme. A valid UK driving license and own transport are essential for this role.
