Maintenance Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Moy Park. As a key member of our mill engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our feed mill by maintaining a proactive maintenance plan and providing support to our production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a maintenance plan to minimize production downtime and ensure the mill operates at optimal levels.
- Provide technical support to production teams on the PPM system and assist in the maintenance of pressure systems and lifting equipment.
- Assist in the purchasing and stock control of maintenance requirements and obtain quotations for plant improvements and capital plans.
- Maintain the company permit to work system and ensure all work carried out by maintenance teams and contractors complies with health and safety policies.
- Monitor and control environmental impact and ensure all direct reports and colleagues are briefed on their responsibilities.
- Hold relevant qualifications, including electrically qualified to 17th edition and experience of working on PLC's, Inverters, and PPM systems.
