Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
Moy Park is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their mill engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance plan is in place and adhered to, reducing production downtime to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a maintenance plan to minimize production downtime.
- Provide support to production teams on the PPM system.
- Maintain a breakdown call-out plan to minimize downtime.
- Report on maintenance status and engineering performance.
- Complete engineering requests in order of priority.
- Maintain pressure systems and lifting equipment.
- Assist in purchasing and stock control.
- Obtain quotations for plant improvements.
- Maintain the permit-to-work system.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policy.
- Maintain the engineering workshop and stores.
- Monitor and control environmental impact.
- Hold 17th edition electrical qualification.
- Experience with PLCs, inverters, and PPM systems.
- Mechanical experience and high-speed production facility experience.
- IOSH qualification (desirable).
