About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Pyramid Resource Solutions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on bespoke environmental branding solutions, and driving sales growth.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing relationships to increase sales revenue. You will work closely with our dedicated business development team to provide qualified customer enquiries and assist with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upcoming projects and book sales appointments
  • Convert client inquiries into sales orders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the signage and graphics industry
  • Strong technical understanding of signage, graphics, and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a consultative sales role, navigating through organisations to engage with key decision-makers
