Business Operations and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Construction & Property Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a background in administration and/or marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and marketing efforts of our construction training provider clients. This will include managing office operations, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and providing excellent customer service and support.
You will also assist in the creation, scheduling, and tracking of social media content across platforms, contribute to promoting the company's services, and organise marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, events, and promotions. Additionally, you will monitor customer trends, feedback and satisfaction levels, and complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or marketing assistant role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and hard working with excellent written, verbal communication and IT skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
