About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Construction & Property Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless workflows and impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing daily office operations, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and tracking of social media content across platforms.
  • Contribute to promoting the company's services.
  • Organise marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, events, and promotions.
  • Contribute with website updates, blog posts, and other online content management.
  • Monitor customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
  • Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
  • Assist in identifying areas of opportunity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or marketing assistant role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and hard working.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
