Residential Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are recruiting a Family Law Solicitor to join our growing team at Certain Advantage. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for conducting initial consultations with clients, providing guidance, and outlining potential courses of action. Your varied caseload will require daily handling, ensuring all cases are managed efficiently.
A strong communicator, both written and orally, you will build key relationships with clients and stakeholders while working proactively and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and other software is essential, as is experience with residential disputes, separation, prenuptial agreements, custody, and more.
This is a full-time or part-time position based in North Lanarkshire, with a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
