Certain Advantage is seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor to manage a varied caseload and provide expert guidance to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting initial consultations, managing your caseload, and working with a supportive team that values and supports its staff.

You will be a confident communicator, both written and orally, with excellent time and diary management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and other software is necessary, as is experience with residential disputes, separation, prenuptial agreements, custody, and more.

This role offers a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and is available on a full-time or part-time basis in North Lanarkshire.
