Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Projects Sales Executive to join our team at AKG Trading (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our products to the commercial market. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction industry and be able to effectively communicate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will require 4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience, 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all phases of commercial industry projects, and 1+ year of business development experience. A strong understanding of building materials and stone fabrication or distribution experience are also essential. In addition, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
