About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team at Connells. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
  • Deal with customer enquiries, both in branch and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage office expenditure, ensuring it remains within budgeted levels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, or a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
