We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice and Quote Management:
    • Process and manage invoices and quotes with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Maintain financial records and ensure timely payment and receipt.
  • Material Organisation:
    • Coordinate and organize materials required for various sites.
    • Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials to prevent project delays.
  • Supply Reports and Data Management:
    • Create and maintain detailed supply reports.
    • Track inventory levels and update the system accordingly.
  • Customer and Supplier Relations:
    • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Job Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist with planning jobs for the engineering team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Prepare and manage job specifications, ensuring all details are clear and accurately relayed.
  • Subcontractor Coordination:
    • Determine when contracting electricians or other subcontractors are needed.

    Requirements
    • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role within an engineering or similar industry.
    • Experience in handling invoices, quotes, and job planning is essential.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
