Role Overview:
The Branch Leader for Electrical Products will oversee branch operations while promoting a diverse range of electrical goods.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage branch operations and sales of various electrical products.
2. Engage with M&E contractors and end users, including manufacturing facilities.
3. Handle order values ranging from £500 to £8,000 based on project size and requirements.
4. Take full accountability for the branch's P&L management.
5. Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
6. Oversee all branch functions, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety.
7. Provide training, development, and motivation to branch personnel.

- Proven experience as a sales-oriented branch leader within the electrical wholesale sector.
- Experience engaging with installers and contractors.
- A proactive approach to customer relationship building and sales generation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- An ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a drive for success.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Proficiency in IT.
