Job OverviewThe role of the Electrical Products Branch Manager will involve:
- Managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products.
- Sales to electrical contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses.
- Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of profit and loss in the branch.
- Calling and visiting existing customers to establish and maintain relationships.
- Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, sales, and health and safety.
- Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale.
- Experience selling into installers/contractors (ideally).
- Willingness to visit customers to build relationships and generate sales.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Personable and driven.
- UK Driving license.
- IT savvy.
