Job Overview

The role of the Electrical Products Branch Manager will involve:

  1. Managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products.
  2. Sales to M&E contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses.
  3. Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch.
  4. Calling and visiting existing customers to establish and maintain relationships.
  5. Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety.
  6. Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.
Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will have:

  1. Sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale.
  2. Experience selling into installers/contractors (ideally).
  3. Willingness to visit customers to build relationships and generate sales.
  4. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  5. Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  6. Personable and driven.
  7. UK Driving license.
  8. IT savvy.
