Job Summary:

The role of the Electrical Products Branch Manager will involve:

  1. Managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products.
  2. Selling to electrical contractors or end users such as manufacturing warehouses.
  3. Controlling all aspects of profit and loss in the branch.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular calls and visits.
  5. Overseeing all facets of the branch, including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, sales, and health and safety.
  6. Providing training, development, and motivation to all branch staff.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience as a sales-focused branch manager in the electrical wholesale industry.
  2. Experience selling to electrical contractors.
  3. A willingness to visit customers to build relationships and generate sales.
  4. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  5. Ambition, energy, and enthusiasm.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. A valid UK driving license.
  8. Proficiency in IT systems.
