Job Title: Electrical Products Branch Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Products Branch Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a branch and selling a wide range of distributed electrical products to M&E contractors and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a branch and control all aspects of the profit and loss statement
  • Sell electrical products to M&E contractors and end users, including manufacturing warehouses
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular calls and visits
  • Work closely with the group commercial and sales manager to assist with sales activities
  • Manage all facets of the branch, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health and safety
  • Provide training, development, and motivation to all branch staff

Requirements:

  • Must have sales-focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
  • Ideally, experience selling into installers/contractors
  • Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
  • Able to work autonomously and also as part of a team
  • Ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic
  • Personable, driven, and a people person
  • UK driving license
  • IT savvy
